Attached is a summary report (in English) of a plenary discussion on prisoners' right to HIV prevention, treatment and care. This was part of the Canadian HIV/AIDS Legal Network's 1st Annual Symposium on HIV, Law and Human Rights, which took place in Toronto on 13 June 2009.
